ICRC affirms to provide assistance for artificial limbs centers

MUKALLA, Oct.22 (Saba)- Representative of International Commission
for Red Cross (ICRC), who is responsible of artificial limbs,
Walliam Suliman affirmed on Wednesday ICRC's readiness to support
artificial limbs centers and rehabilitate centers cadres in all
provinces.

During his meeting with Hadramout deputy governor Omair Mubarak,
they discussed conditions of artificial limbs centers and the role
of ICRC to support artificial centers in Yemen including training
and rehabilitation.

Director general of Public Health and Population Office al-Abaad
Rabeei Ba-Mousa said that Social Fund for Development will establish
a new department in the artificial limbs centers at cost $ 61
thousand and expected to be completed during 2008.
