PREMIER STARTS WORKING TOUR

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister started on Monday his working tour to eastern aimags from Dornod province. Upon arriving to the aimag, the Premier got au fait with a "Youth" apartment town being erected for middle-income young couples in frames of the "100 thousand apartments" governmental programme. This town is to be the first biggest construction project in Dornod aimed to shelter 535 families. Each family will own a 0.7 hectares land, and several social objects will be erected such as kindergartens, schools for 440 pupils, a hospital, a police section and others. All these works require four billion togrog, of which 600 million has been allotted from the local budget for pipelines and infrastructure. As of today, 16 families' apartments have been erected. According to the local authorities, the cost of apartment will not exceed MNT 900 thousand per square meter, and many local people have booked the apartments. B.Khuder
