STATE BUDGET FOR 2013 ADOPTED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A plenary meeting of the parliamentary session on Thursday discussed and then adopted draft laws on the 2013 state budget, on 2013 budget for social insurance fund, and on 2013 budget for Human Development Fund (HDF). In accordance with the next year's budget, which took 86.4 per cent votes of MPs, a size of the budgetary expenditure has been approved as MNT 5,975,087,2 million, the maximum size of guarantee to be issued by the government will be MNT 4,215,200 million. Next year, the Fund for developing localities will accumulate 3.7 billion togrog from Ulaanbaatar city, 2.6 billion from Orkhon aimag and 23.6 billion from Omnogobi aimag. The 2013 budget for social insurance will take MNT 313,161,3 million as commission from entities and organizations, 382,529,7 million from employees, 131,164,4 million from budgetary organizations, 6.2 million from compensation receivers. The social insurance fund's expenditure will be MNT 1,066,808,9 million. Eighty per cent of the MPs backed the law on the HDF's fund accordingly, the Fund's budget will accumulate MNT 49,795,0 million. B.Khuder
