DAY OF MONGOLIAN SCRIPT RUNS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Office of the President of Mongolia has been running November 10-15 the “Day of the Mongolian script” in frames of the 850th birth anniversary of the Great Chingis Khaan. A training-seminar dedicated to the Mongolian script calligraphy started November 12 at Mongolia's State Unversity attended by scientists, teachers, researchers and 200 students. Interesting lessons about the art of the Mongolian calligraphy and types of the Mongolian script have been taught by a calligraphists D.Battumur, J.Batbayar and T.Jamyansuren.
