IMPLEMENTATION OF TRILATERAL AGREEMENT TO BE ENSURED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Orders have been given to the cabinet members, governors of aimags and the city's Mayor to ensure an implementation of updated trilateral agreement on labour and social agreement. It was established among the government, the United Association of Mongolian Employers (UAME) and Mongolia's Trade Unions (MTU). The updated agreement was introduced last week to the PM and his csbinet. The Minister of Labour Ya.Sanjmyatav has been ordered to draw up the agreement implementation plan and to highlight its process at thr cabinet meeting every year. A main purpose of this agreement is to ensure the social stability, for instance, not just to add salaries of state servants by 20-30 per cent but to accord it with inflation rate and economic growth.
