ACTING STATE SECRETARY MEETS KYRGYZSTAN'S FM

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A temporary State Secretary of the Ministry of Mining R.Jigjid received on Tuesday Mr Erlan Abdyldaev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan. The State Secretary introduced the Kyrgyz Minister to the state policy and decisions made by the new cabinet for the mining sector. Considering the mining as the leading sphere, the Government has set up for it a whole independent Ministry, R.Jigjid said and underlined that several principles such as openness, responsibility and mutually-beneficial cooperation are maintained in this sphere. The sides also shared experiences in the mining sector. Mr Abdyldaev underlined a present development of Mongolia's mining sector and then asked Mr Jigjid how the legal environment is improved and what kind of difficulties are met in collaborating with foreign investors.
