PREMIER RECEIVES DIRECTOR OF RUSSIAN "ROSTEHNOLOGII" CORPORATION

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister N.Altankhuyag received on Thursday S.V.Chemezov, a director-general of the "Rostehnologii" state-owned corporation of Russia. The Premier underlined that the cabinet for reforms will focus to developing of the Mongolia-Russia traditional relations and cooperation and on bringing them to a new level. He stressed a requirement to make technical renovation in a joint ventures such as "Erdenet" Mining Corporation and "Mongolrostsvetmet" and to realize new projects by increasing investments in order to augment benefits of these industries. Mr Chemezov said he backs a proposal from the "Erdenet" Mining Corporation and the "Erdenes MGL" company to erect a joint copper-melting industry here. B.Khuder
