Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A third kindergarten with Canadian design has opened in Khutag-Ondor soum. Apart of the technology, the 100-children kindergarten has the Japanese financing (Japan international cooperation agency), added to "Mongolian" money from Ministry of education and the local budget, altogether 357.2 million togrog. Khutag-Ondor soum has 300 children of pre-school age. Their 70 percent have been educated in kindergartens or are involved in various programmes. Ch.Enkhtuya
