CHINGELTEI DISTRICT WANTS TO COOPERATE WITH TICA

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The governor of the city's Chingeltei district, T.Ayursaikhan met with Mr Ekrem Kalan, a program coordinator of Turkish International cooperation agency /TICA/ to Mongolia November 28. The governor said Turkey managed to develop a modern urban culture and to renew its areas similar to UB city's ger (national dwelling) districts, and asked the TICA to give a help in running such a work in his district. This meeting is a follow-up of the meeting between Mr Ayursaikhan and the Ambassador of Turkey to Mongolia Mr Mustafa Sarnych on November 7 when the governor expressed his interest to establish the Ankara district in Chingeltei at a help of the TICA. The Chingeltei district has been working with the Pendik district of Ankara, has modernized the Ankara street at free grant of 2,6 billion tugrug in frames of cooperation with local administrations of Turkey.
