WHO'S NEW REP PRESENTS CREDENTIALS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The new Permanent representative of the World Health Organization /WHO/ to Mongolia, Dr Soe Nyunt-U handed over the credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr L.Bold on November 28. Dr Soe Nyunt-U is a citizen of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, had worked as a researcher in representative office of WHO Pacific region in Manila, director of health development department, and a WHO permanent representative. Then L.Bold and Soe Nyunt-U exchanged views on relations and cooperation between Mongolia and the WHO. Dr Soe Nyunt-U said he is glad to be appointed to Mongolia, and he is ready to strengthen a cooperation with Mongolia's government and to support activities of the health sphere. The Minister mentioned several projects being realized here together with the WHO and said they are fruitful. Mr Bold wished the new Representative many successes. Ch.Enkhtuya
