ABOUT WORKS OF "11 11" CENTER

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On Wednesday, the cabinet's Information and Public Relations Service delivered a report on actions of the "11 11" center. This center opened at the cabinet for reforms on October 12 in order to receive people's opinions and complaints. Since then, a total 13 thous. 200 calls were received, of which 10 tous. 22 were requests and proposals from the people. Moreover, the center received one thous, 615 complaints, 245 "thanks" and 839 criticisms via telephone, SMS and social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. It has been revealed that the main concens of a majority of people are health, education, city's life, social welfare, pensions and employment issues. The requests and proposals were delivered to Ministries and agencies. Accordingly, the Ministry of Education and Sciences responded to 685 out of 693 requests and proposals, the Ministry of Population's Development and Social Welfare--to 445 requests and proposals out of 467, the Department of Social Welfare and Service--501 out of 620, and the Ministry of Health--to 402 requests and proposals out of 526. Thanks to the 11 11 center the people have become much closer to their Government, and are participating in its work more actively," a head of the Information and Public Relations Service Ts.Monkhtor says.
