N.ALTANKHUYAG MEETS WITH KYRGYZ PRIME MINISTER

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister N.Altankhuyag Wednesday met Kyrgyzstan's Premier Mr Zhantoro Satybaldiyev in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, during the 11th Prime Ministerial Meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Mr Altankhuyag mentioned that the 20th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan is celebrated this year, and stressed that Mongolia is attaching a great importance to this anniversary. "Our countries respect the democracy and its values, both have the parliamentary governance, so it is important for us to support each other and share experiences," N.Altankhuyag said. Opened this year direct flights between Ulaanbaatar and Bishkek have created a good opportunity to intensify the economic ties and to develop the tourism, he went on. Then the Prime Ministers agreed with a requirement to widen the bilateral cooperation in the sectors of mining, agriculture, culture and art. In addition, the Mongolian Premier thanked the Kyrgyz side for actively taking part in measures, organized by Mongolia as a chair of the Community of Democracies (CoD), and hoped that Mr Satybaldiyev will participate in the 7th Ministerial Conference of the CoD to run next year in Mongolia.
