MONGOLIA AND RUSSIA TALK ABOUT BORDER WATERS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Deputy Minister for Nature, Environment and Green development, B.Tulga has left for Russia. In Buryatia he is taking part in the 11th meeting of Governments' plenipotentiary delegations of the Mongolia-Russia Intergovernmental agreement on protecting and utilizing the cross-border waters. The 11th meeting is running December 14-15. The two sides are discussing several important matters such as an implementation of resolutions of the 10th meeting, a situation with water management covering a period between the 10th and 11th meetings, an assessment of a quality of the cross-border waters, and how the Onon and Selenge rivers-based entities affect the nature.
