Dubai Crown Prince wins World Military Endurance Championship

Dubai, Dec 16, 2012 (WAM) - In the presence of UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Majesty King Hamad bin Eissa Al Khalifa of Baharain, the Crown Prince of Dubai HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum was crowned as the winner of the World Military Endurance Championship which was held in the International Endurance Village in Bahrain on Saturday. This is the first time Bahrain hosts the event organised by the International Military Sports Council (CISM). Teams from UK, Italy, Spain, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Uruguay, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq, Palestine Jordan, Yemen, Morocco and Bahrain participated in the championship. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
