G.SHIILEGDAMBA: MPRP WILL NOT LEAVE CABINET
Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party (MPRP) decided not to withdraw from the coalition government.
It said G.Shiilegdamba, the party's secretary-general Wednesday.
He said this decision was thoroughly discussed at the party's Executive bureau Wednesday. "We decided that it will be much better to ensure a stability, to control over any political repressions and electoral bafflement from inside of the cabinet," he said.
Thus the party leaves its decision, made December 3, to withdraw its members from the coalition government due to a situation with their leader, former president N.Enkhbayar. He has been sentenced to some years in prison, and this has been seen by the party as the political repression.
