DP FACTION MEETS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The parliamentary faction of the Democratic Party (DP) held its meeting Monday to conclude agendas discussed at parliamentary autumn session of 2012 and its works and activities. The faction head D.Erdenebat gave a key report. "In the last four months, we have worked properly,"--that was his message in the report. The gathered expressed their positions on the activities, then a report was given by Kh.Temuujin, the Minister of Justice, on draft resolutions on court reform and on approving number of judges submitted by the President. In addition, the PM and the DP chairman N.Altankhuyag spoke about present situation. "This year, we initiated draft laws to tackle vital issues for the next year, adopted laws and resolutions about augmenting the national economic growth, improving the people's livelihood, providing people with jobs, and working in frames of the great construction," Altankhuyag said. Some 186 draft laws and resolutions were approved in the last four months, he added. At the end of the meeting, the faction congratulated the Mongolian People's Party (MPP) on setting up its faction at parliament. B.Khuder
