Telkom Eying Rp9.25 Tln From Corporate Market

Jakarta, Jan 11 (ANTARA) - State telecommunication operator PT Telkom Tbk has projected a 10 percent rise in revenues from corporate services to Rp9.25 trillion this year from Rp8.7 trillion last year, its enterprise and wholesale director, Muhammad Awaluddin said. "We expect our income from the corporate segment to increase 10 percent to Rp9.25 trillion this year," he said here on Thursday. He said the enterprise and wholesale (EWS) division last year contributed 37 percent of the company`s overall income. "Throughout 2012 EWS income was obtained from the corporate segment which contributed 65 percent and the rest from the business services division (DBS) engaged in small and medium enterprises services (SME)," he said. Data from the company show the number of companies subscribing to EWS and SME services reached 1,200 and 150,000 respectively.
