Ceremony of signing the document as ''About concluding the cooperation of development with little oxygen'' between Japanese and Mongolian Government was held.
The Minister of the Environment and Green Development, S. Oyun and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Mongolia, Takenori Shimizu sealed the document which was about granting the credit to implement the mechanism by both countries.
Major project and program about decreasing the gas of glasshouse Japanese investment and high-tech can be implemented with Japanese investment and high technology because of having the official document as about concluding the cooperation of development with little oxygen. Also it is possible to take the bonus how much you can decrease the gas of glasshouse. Mongolia became the first country which concluded the contract with Japan like the type of this one.
In addition there are the opportunities to implement the projects with significance of decreasing the emission of glasshouse with the high technology and help such as using the renewable energy in the fields of energy, transport and construction, increasing energy industry and benefits of consumption, and changing the fuel of vehicle.
Mongolia has cooperated with the partner-countries and international organizations and taken care of reducing adverse impacts of climate change and the gas of glasshouse in the air since joining the Basic Convention of Climate Change of the United Nations in 1993 and its Kyoto Protocol in 1999.
Mongolia has implemented 4 projects in the sphere of the Fresh development of Kyoto Protocol, reduced the gas of glasshouse by 51000 tons and taken 700-800 thousands USD. Fifty per cent of that bonus was gone to the fund of renewable energy.
