Iran builds domestic 3G helicopter

Azerbaijan, Baku, Jan. 21 /Trend S.Isayev, T. Jafarov/ A new 3G helicopter has been designed and made in Iran's Isfahan province, IRIB News reported. The helicopter took about 1,5 years to manufacture, and cost around $5,000. The model is capable of carrying about 3kg of explosives, if serving the military causes. Iranian-made 3G model is capable of reaching its maximum speed of 700 km/h, however constant speed for 30 minutes allows the model to reach only 400 km/h. The helicopter is enhanced with electric motor, stabilizer, speedometer, a compass, an a "smart pilot" autopilot system.
