The bond series SPN-S06082013 due on August 6, 2013 will be issued at a discount yield, with state land and buildings as underlying assets, the statement said. The bond series PBS001 due on February 15, 2018 will be issued at a yield of 4.45 percent, the bond series PBS002 due on January 15, 2022 at a yield of 5.45 percent, the bond series PBS003 due on January 15, 2027 at a yield of 6.00 percent and the bond series PBS004 due on February 15, 2037 at a yield of 6.10 percent.
