Kyrgyzstan may establish institute of private court officers

Azerbaijan, Baku, Feb. 4 / Trend J. Nasibova/ MP from Kyrgyz faction "Ar-Namys" Dastan Bekeshev proposed to establish the institute of private court officers, AKIpress reported on Monday. As Bekeshev said, nowadays bailiffs are overloaded with work, so courts' decisions are not always fulfilled effectively.
