Saif bin Zayed addresses government summit

Dubai, Feb 13, 2013 (WAM) - In presence of Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Deputy Ruler H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Lt. General H.H. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan delivered a speech at the final session of the 1st government summit. Sheikh Saif reviewed the Interior Ministry's achievements, organisation structure and the role it plays in enhancing security and stability in the UAE. "Our government is founded on three main pillars; inspiration, vision and institutional system. We are inspired by our founding father the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who attaches great importance to the ministers and ministries performance and who has over 30,000 secret shoppers submitting regular reports to him about the performance," Sheikh Saif said. Sheikh Saif hailed President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan as "the leader and the father who looks after his people wherever they are." He also praised Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Gen. H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces for attending to the needs of citizens and seeking to provide decent living standards to them.
