French Defence Minister to visit Turkey

Azerbaijan, Baku, March 18 / Trend, A. Taghiyeva / French Defense Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian will pay an official visit to Turkey on March 28-29, Dünya newspaper reported on Monday. Drian will arrive in Turkey at the invitation of his Turkish counterpart Ismet Yilmaz. The sides will mainly discuss joint defense projects during his visit. The situation in Syria, Mali and Afghanistan as well as withdrawal of French troops from Afghanistan will also be subjects of discussion. It is expected that during the meeting, Drian, along with his Turkish counterpart, will also hold a series of meetings with Turkish officials. Do you have any feedback?
