Azerbaijan, ADB signs loan agreement on large road project

Azerbaijan, Baku, April 23 / Trend I. Khalilova / The Azerbaijani government and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) have signed an agreement to allocate a loan worth $250 million to construct a Masalli-Jalilabad new four-lane road to a length of 32.2 kilometres. The loan agreement was signed by Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov on behalf of the Azerbaijani government and head of the bank's representative office in Azerbaijan Olly Norojono from ADB.
