4.3 magnitude earthquake hits Turkey

Azerbaijan, Baku, April 26 / Trend, A.Taghiyeva / An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale took place in the Pazarcik district of Turkish province of Kahramanmaras on April 26, the Hürriyet newspaper reported on Friday. According to the report, no casualties or damages have been reported yet. Turkey is located in a seismically active zone. The most powerful vibrations of the earth's crust in this country occurred in the Marmara Sea in 1999. The magnitude of the tremors was 7.4. About 18,000 people killed in the earthquake.
