Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques receives Pakistan's President
Riyadh, November 04, SPA -- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at his palace in Riyadh this
evening President Asif Zardari of Pakistan and the accompanying
delegation.
At the outset of the meeting, which was attended by Prince Mishaal
bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of Allegiance-Pledge Commission, and Crown
Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of
Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, the monarch welcomed the
Pakistani President and his accompanying delegation, wishing them a
good stay in the Kingdom.
For his part, President Asif Zardari thanked the king for warm
welcome and generous hospitality accorded to him and accompanying
delegation.
During the meeting, they discussed the overall incidents and
developments at the regional and International arenas including the
position of the two countries towards them in addition to aspects of
cooperation between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in a
way that serves their common interests in all fields.
Then the monarch gave a dinner party in honor of President Asif
Zardari of Pakistan and accompanying delegation.
