Abdullah bin Zayed takes part in Doha Forum and Enriching the Middle-East's Economic Future Conference

Doha, May 21, 2013 (WAM): H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Foreign Minister, yesterday attended the inauguration of the Doha Forum: Enriching the Middle-East's Economic Future Conference, held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Doha. The Forum was opened by His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, in the presence of heads of states and delegations. The agenda of the 12th Doha Forum includes a number of workshops and session to discuss a host of issues, including visions on development and peace, and ways to achieve world stability. The forum will hold a session on the world's political and economic scene, and another session on development will discuss the Millennium Development Goals in the light of the world economic crisis. The forum will also discuss the role of training and education on achieving development. The event will also discuss the future of the Middle East after the Arab Spring, the political scene in the wake of U. S. elections, the role of G20 in achieving world stability and the role of the United Nations in protecting social peace. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
