VISIT OF ANITKABIR

Baku, 5 November,(AzerTAj) - On November 5, from the Esenboga airport in Ankara, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev headed to An'tkabir, the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey.

A wreath was placed at the great Ataturk`s tomb on behalf of the Azerbaijani leader.
Afterwards, a minute of silence was observed for the great son of the Turkish world.
President Ilham Aliyev signed the Memorial Book of the mausoleum, writing:
“I bow down before the tomb of the great leader Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founder
of the Republic of Turkey. I pay deep respects to great Ataturk on behalf of the
people of Azerbaijan. A bright memory of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk will always live in
the hearts of the Azerbaijani people.
