Arab Dermatologists hold conference in Saudi Capital

Riyadh, November 10, SPA -- President of the Saudi Society of
Dermatology and Dermatological Surgery (SSDDS) Omar Abdul Aziz
Al-Sheikh, who is also President of the Pan Arab Conference opened
here today the 11 International Conference of Pan Arab League of
Dermatologists coinciding with International Symposium of SSDDS at
King Faisal Hall of Conferences with the participation of 8000
dermatologists.


Speaking on the occasion, Omar Abdul Aziz Al-Sheikh, said among the
Goals which SSDDS is looking to achieve are updating dermatologists
information in Saudi Arabia and the Arab world; the establishment of
a special online service for professionals and others interested in
dermatology and surgery.

He also noted that the SSDDS has issued a dermatological journal,
which serves as an authorized scientific reference periodical for all
members of the society and contribute to the health education and
correct many of the wrong medical concepts.
