NUMBER OF TOURISTS VISITING BALI MUSEUM NOT AFFECTED BY AMROZI'S EXECUTION
Denpasar, Nov 11 (ANTARA) - Foreign tourists visiting Neka Museum in the artist village of Ubud, Bali, were not influenced by the execution of the three Bali bombers in the small hours of last Sunday, Director of Neka Museum, Pande Wayan Suteja Neka, said here Tuesday
"The execution did not adversely affect the number of foreign tourists to the artist village," he said.
"There are 200 to 300 visitors a day, or 6000 to 9000 per month," the museum director said adding that most of the visitors are foreigners, including Japanese reaching 80 percent.
The enthusiasm of the Japanese to visit Indonesia was mainly due to the roundtrip facility provided by Neka museum to and from several big cities in Japan in the last 15 years.
