Vice-Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques patronizes opening

Riyadh, November 12, SPA -- Vice-Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques
Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud will patronize here on Sunday the
honoring ceremony of the winners of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Award
in its third session, the opening ceremony of 3rd International
Conference of Water Resources and Dry Environment 2008 and of the 1st
Arab Forum for Water.

The Award's Secretary General, Dr. Abdulmalik bin
Abdulrahman Al Al-Sheikh said that owing to the support provided by
Prince Sultan for the Award and as a result of the directives and
supervision of the Award by Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz,
Assistant Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General for
Military Affairs, who is also Chairman of the Award's Board, the
Award has gained an international reputation making it attractive to
international organizations and scientific research bodies in the
world.
