Mohammed bin Zayed congratulates Jiu-Jistu champions

General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has congratulated the UAE national Jiu-Jitsu team on winning a large number of gold and silver medals at Arabian Gulf Jiu-Jitsu Cup Open which was concluded yesterday in Abu Dhabi. Gen. Sheikh Mohammed congratulated each of the UAE players in a direct phone call at the conclusion of the competitions. He hailed the excellent performance of the team at the competitions and praised them for their efforts to win the honour. In the phone calls, Gen. Sheikh Mohammed expressed extreme pleasure at the achievements and affirmed that the nation expects more achievements from the champions at regional, continental and international competitions. Gen. Sheikh Mohammed urged the Jiu-Jistu champions to make more efforts, to follow the same approach to winning in future championships, and to persist on achieving victory and make more sports achievements for the nation. During the three-day championship in Abu Dhabi, the UAE players harvested a large number of gold and silver medals: Ahmed Suhail bin Huwaidin Al Ketbi four gold medals; Abdullah Rashid Al Ketbi two medals, a gold and a silver; Saeed Yousef Al Dhohori, two medals, a gold and a silver; Mohammed Haitham Jaber a gold medal; Ali Al Dera''e, two gold medals; Majid Al Naqbi, two god medals; EId Raihan Al Tenaiji, a gold and a silver; Saeed Al Ketbi, a gold medal; Hadan Al Rumaithi, two gold medals; Ibrahm Abdullah Al Hosani, a bronze medal; Abdul RehmanAl Tamimi, a silver medal.
