UAE's unique cultural heritage on show at Bainounah Ebel Festival

Abu Dhabi: Visitors and residents of the U.A.E. who want to discover some of the notable and unique traditions and customs of the country should get ready for the Bainounah Ebel Festival, taking place at Madinat Zayed, Abu Dhabi Western Region (Al Gharbia) from 16th to 21st November. Thousands of spectators will gather together to see hundreds of camels raised by U.A.E. nationals compete in traditional camel races and take part in the ever-popular beauty contest during the six-day festival with winners receiving millions of prizes. Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler's Representative in the Western Region, the Bainounah Ebel Festival aspires to preserve the cultural heritage of the U.A.E..
