Four terrorists killed on Iranian-Pakistani border

Baku, Azerbaijan, Nov. 5. By Temkin Jafarov - Trend: A skirmish took place between Iranian border guards and a group of terrorists who were trying to enter the city of Mir Java in Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan Province from Pakistan, the Deputy Commander of the Sistan and Baluchestan Province's Border Guard, General Habibullah Mardanpur said, Mehr agency reported on Tuesday. According to him, four terrorists were killed and three injured as a result of the skirmish. It should be noted that a shooting took place on Oct. 26 between Iranian border guards and a group of armed people near the city of Saravan located in the south-east of the Iranian province of Sistan and Baluchestan. The group was trying to enter the country from Pakistan. Some 17 Iranian border guards were killed, five more injured and four more were taken as hostages. Iranian news agency Fars reported that the incident was committed by terrorist groups operating against the Iranian regime.
