President Ilham Aliyev heads to Ukraine for official visit

Baku, Azerbaijan, Nov. 17 Trend: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev left for Ukraine on Nov.17 for an official visit. At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the Head of State was seen off by head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Baku Major Hajibala Abutalibov.
