TDIC appoints Belevari Marine as operator of Eastern Mangroves Marina

Abu Dhabi: Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) announced the appointment of Belevari Marine as the operator of the Eastern Mangroves Marina. This announcement coincides with the recent opening of the new exclusive 30-berth marina at the Eastern Mangroves complex. Conveniently located close to the city centre, the Eastern Mangroves Marina is the latest addition to the Eastern Mangroves complex which includes residential, hospitality and leisure facilities. It can house boats and yachts ranging from 8 to 33 metres long while providing a five-star, luxury experience for its users, an attribute that has become synonymous with TDIC's range of developments in the Emirate. Ahmed Al Fahim, Executive Director of Marketing, Communications, Sales and Leasing at TDIC, said: "We are pleased to announce the appointment of Belevari Marine as our official marina operator. We anticipate our marinas to enjoy high demand by boat owners especially at the newly open Eastern Mangroves Marina which stretches along The Promenade, a souk-type retail avenue that will start to attract visitors and residents with the opening of its restaurants and dining venues." The Eastern Mangroves complex consists of the 50-apartment Eastern Mangroves Residences, the 77-apartment Eastern Mangroves Promenade, the 88-apartment Eastern Mangroves Suites by Jannah Hotels and Resorts, and the 222-room five-star Eastern Mangroves Hotel and Spa by Anantara as well as the Promenade, which features six restaurants, a supermarket, a ladies beauty salon as well as a specially created pedestrian zone, extensive parking facilities, including 370 parking spaces and a dedicated valet service.
