Baku, Azerbaijan, Jan. 9 By Rufiz Hafizoglu- Trend: Turkish Air Forces attacked Al-Qaeda fighters in Syria in response to mortar fire, Turkish General Staff said, Turkish Sabah newspaper reported on Jan. 9. Al-Qaeda fighters based in Syria fired on the border town of Akchakale in Shanliurfa province this morning, according to the information.
