Al Murr meets with Speaker of National Assembly of Pakistan in Geneva

Geneva: Mohammed Ahmed Al Murr, Speaker of Federal National Council (FNC), has met with Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan. During the meeting, the two sides discussed coordination of parliamentary stances during the 130th General Assembly of the International Parliamentary Union (IPU) currently held in Geneva and runs until 20th March. At the meeting, they also discussed enhancing parliamentary cooperation between the FNC and the National Assembly of Pakistan and the importance of activating committees of friendship between the two parliaments, as well as the exchange of visits and experiences with the aim of supporting the national and international parliamentary work in order to serve the interests of both countries and their peoples.
