Abdullah bin Zayed receives Paraguayan Chamber of Deputies speaker

Abu Dhabi (WAM): H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister of U.A.E., on Sunday received Juan Bartolome, Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of Paraguay, who is on a current visit to U.A.E. During the meeting which took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), the two sides discussed ways of strengthening and promoting the friendly relations between the U.A.E. and Paraguay in the service of their common interests. They also exchanged views on regional and international developments and matters of common concern. Welcoming Mr. Bartolome, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah stressed on the importance of the bilateral relations between U.A.E. and Paraguay and ways of promoting and strengthening them. On his part, Mr. Bartolome hailed Sheikh Abdullah's visit to Paraguay in April and stressed on the importance of exchanging visits between officials of the two countries as they contribute to finding a common ground of understanding, dialogue and the exchange of ideas. Mr. Bartolome also noted Paraguay's interest in promoting its bilateral relations with U.A.E. in the service of the interests of both countries. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
