Prince Khalid Al-Faisal conducts Holy Places Tour Monday

Makkah, Nov 30, SPA -- Governor of Makkah region Prince Khalid
al-Faisal, who is also the Head of the Hajj Central Committee, will
make tomorrow an inspection tour of the Holy Places to get acquainted
with the arrangements made by the concerned authorities for the
service of the pilgrims.


Prince Khalid will start his tour from the Jamarat zone at Mina
where he will be briefed on the project implemented there to enable
the pilgrims throw jamarat smoothly and easily.


The total cost of the project of the Jamarat Bridge at the Jamarat
zone is estimated to be more than SR 4.2 billion.


It is one of the gigantic projects being implemented by the ministry
of municipal and rural affairs.


Prince Khalid will also inspect Arafat and Muzdalifah.


He will be accompanied by heads of the sectors concerned with the
service of the pilgrims, members of the Hajj central committee and a
number of officials.
