MONGOLIA AND GERMANY HOLD NEGOTIATIONS ON DEVELOPMENTAL POLICY

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Negotiations on the Mongolia-Germany intergovernmental cooperation for developmental policy ran last Friday in Ulaanbaatar. The negotiations, which were co-organized in frames of the 40th anniversary of the bilateral diplomatic relations, resulted in German government's decision to give EUR 36.2 million to Mongolia for a realization of 11 projects and programmes which are supposed to support a sustainable management in mineral resources, to augment energy benefits, to keep biological and other diversities. The projects are to be implemented from this year to 2015. Between 1990 and 2013, Germany’s government gave Mongolia loans and aid of 310 million Euros.
