BM HOLDS FX AUCTION

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On the foreign exchange auction held Tuesday, the Bank of Mongolia (BoM) received bid offer of US dollars and Chinese Yuan from local commercial banks. The BoM sold USD 21.0 million at a closing rate of MNT 1,841.00 and CNY 101.0 million at a closing rate of 299.41. The BoM received MNT Swap agreement bid offer in equivalent to USD 26.0 million from local commercial banks and accepted the offer.
