Al Al-Sheikh said obedience to the ruler is one of the elements for
realizing security.

He noted that Islam has set penalties for criminals and wrongdoers
who undermine the security of the people.

"If the security is undermined, then there will be blood shedding of
innocent people, violation of honors and prevalence of injustice, "
he said.

Al Al-sheikh said the concept of security in Islam is not confined
to pursuing the criminals but it also includes making all material
and moral requirements available.

He underlined the importance of preserving the Islamic creed,
reforming souls, as well as ensuring moral security through leading
the members of the society to the noble Islamic values.
