Bush extends greetings to all Muslims for Eid Al-Adha

Washington, December 08, SPA -- U.S. President George W. Bush and his
wife Laura on Monday extended their best wishes to all Muslims
observing the Eid Al-Adha.

“Eid Al-Adha commemorates Abraham's devotion to God, and it reminds
us of God's mercy and provision for his people,” Bush said in a
statement released by the White House.

Bush expressed how blessed America is to have a “vibrant Muslim
community,” and said on this important religious holiday, “all
Americans celebrate our religious liberty, and we remember that
religious freedom belongs not to any one nation but to the world.”
