Prince Naif receives CIB Chief

Makkah, Saudi Arabia, December 10, SPA -- Minister of Interior Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who is also Chairman of the Hajj Supreme
Committee received yesterday at his office here, the Head of Control
and Investigation Board (CIB), Dr. Saleh Bin Saud Al-Ali, its Under
Secretaries and Chairmen of CIB committees supervising its works
during this year's Hajj.


At the outset of the meeting, Prince Naif commended the efforts
exerted by the CIB during the Hajj season through the governmental
agencies involved in the performance of the task in regions of
Makkah, Al Madinah and other holy sites.


He referred also to the CIB's observations and reports provided to
the concerned governmental agencies in developing the performance and
effectiveness of their works in accordance with the directives of the
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al
Saud and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier
and Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General who look
forward to offering the best services and facilities for the pilgrims
to enable them in performing their rituals easily and smoothly.


The attendees heard carefully all directives given to them by Prince
Naifto achieve the aspirations of the King and the Crown Prince
towards an outstanding performance from all state bodies and to
monitor aspects of excellence to maintain it and follow-up the
shortcomings to avoid their recurrence in the future.


Prince Naif affirmed success of this year's Hajj -- thanks to Allah
Almighty's blessings. "Moreover, it is an incentive to maintain this
achievement and continue to accomplish similar successes in next
seasons of Hajj, Allah Willing".

During the reception, several issues related to Hajj affairs and
works of the CIB and other agencies concerned with the services of
Hajj and pilgrims were also reveiwed.


The meeting was attended by Dr. Saed Al Orabi Al-Harthi, adviser to
the Interior Minister.
