ADSL INTERNET PRICES TO GO DOWN IN AZERBAIJAN
Baku, 12 December,(AzerTAj)AThe Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Communication and
Information Technologies submitted a number of proposals to the Tariff Council to
reduce ADSL internet service prices by 50%, Deputy Minister of Communication and
Information Technology Elmir Valizadeh said.
Minister noted Wi-Fi and Wi-Max
services are widely used in Azerbaijan. The Ministry is pondering over allocation of
Wimax frequencies to private companies and use of wireless internet in Nakhchivan
Autonomous Republic.
