Iran invents vibrating, smart scissors for disabled

TEHRAN, Feb. 09 (MNA) – An Iranian inventor have developed electric scissors by which the disabled people can easily cut without mistake. The inventor Mohammadali Kalaki told Mehr News that the electric scissors are smart and comfortable and do not harm the fingers in any way. By new scissors, he said, users can easily cut through everything including all kinds of paper, board and cardboard. “The blade of electric scissors never needs sharpening and due to its vibrating nature, it is described as a new generation of scissors,” Kalaki stressed. Having high security factor, he added, using the electric scissors were convenient for disabled people and veterans. Kalaki said before mass production, the new scissors will go through experiments to ensure it cuts precisely and without error. The electric scissors reportedly are registered in National Elites Foundation.
