Ethraa programme participants lauded

Manama, May 10 (BNA): Al Mebarrah Al Khalifiya Foundation's Board of Trustees' Chairperson, Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, said the success of Ethraa Programme was the result of many years of huge efforts, planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up. She said the foundation has always been keen on organizing Ethraa Programme based on values upon which the foundation stands, pointing out that the Al Mebarrah Al Khalifiya Foundation has always been keen on achieving excellence, perfection in all of the works the foundation does. Her Highness Shaikha Zain Al Khalifa said the foundation aims to provide distinctive, perfect quality programmes that achieve its goals. She added the foundation is keen to promote the spirit of team work in youths who undergo high-level training. She praised the excellent youth categories, citing the foundation's keenness on implanting life values and skills in these categories to help develop their skills and qualifications to become future leaders. Her Highness said the foundation evaluates the programme upon its conclusion each year through tools and instruments including forms for students and parents, adding that the foundation strives to discover shortcomings and loopholes which could be avoided in upcoming years, stressing that evaluation can also be done through a session with the working team to exchange opinions around the efficacy of the programme and possibility of its development.
