Fingerprinting enhances Security, says Passports General

Jeddah, December 21, SPA -- The General Directorate of Passports said
Sunday the system of fingerprinting will positively contribute to
enhancing the pillars of security and containment of the phenomenon
of the escape of the Manpower.

A statement issued here today by the General Directorate said the
system of fingerprinting will lay a foundation for security records
used for preserving the fingerprints of the residents through several
concerned centers in all regions.


The General Directorate noted that there are locations for
conducting the process of fingerprinting at the Passports Offices of
the three major regions, Riyadh, Makkah and the Eastern region for
convenience of all residents on whom conditions of fingerprinting are
applicable.
