AFO board round meeting held in Sana'a

SANA'A, Dec. 23 (Saba) - The Arab Family Organization (AFO) round
meeting for Board members was held on Tuesday in Sana'a, headed by
President of the organization Jamal Ubaid Albah.

In the beginning of the meeting, chairwoman of Yemeni Women Union
)YWU), member of the AFO Board Ramziya al-Iryani delivered a welcom
speech for the participants of the meeting from Arab countries,
pointing out to the importance of this meeting which is held on the
sidelines of the Arab Family Day celebrations.

President of the AFO also delivered a speech in which he hailed the
significant successes of the YWU in many fields which serve Yemeni
women, in particular, and Arab women, in general, and valued all
efforts being exerted by political leadership of Yemen for their
concern on political, economic and social participation of Yemeni
women.
